Program Manager

Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-centric hybrid schedule with in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most employees may work from home on Wednesdays; Friday flexibility depends on the role.

Salary: 16,500–18,500 PLN gross per month, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own cohort planning, scheduling, session logistics, presenter coordination, and calendar systems for R&D onboarding.
• Maintain scalable Asana projects, templates, tracking systems, documentation, and operational rhythms.
• Review feedback loops and lightweight metrics to measure and improve program effectiveness.
• Identify coordination gaps across teams, propose scalable solutions, and drive implementation with stakeholders.
• Communicate program status clearly across Engineering, Product, and leadership audiences.
• Drive 1–2 additional cross-functional R&D programs from design through execution.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, logistics, or operational workflows.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when managing competing priorities.
• Clear, structured written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and influence without direct authority.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to follow improvements through implementation.
• Comfort with Asana or similar platforms and interest in AI-powered workflows and emerging technologies.
