Salary: 12,000 - 18,000 PLN net + VAT monthly

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate IT projects involving AI, ML, and Robotics across teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with goals, timelines, and scope.
• Identify and implement actionable process improvements to optimize project execution.
• Lead regular project meetings with both internal teams and external clients.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and records required for grant-based projects.
• Coordinate team workload and performance to drive results in line with business priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a tech-focused environment.
• Proven track record of managing projects involving AI, LLMs, Computer Vision, ML, or Robotics.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in preparing technical documentation for grant settlement and reporting.
• English: C1 level required.
• Polish: B2+ level required.
