What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact and digital expert for regional clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage digital projects within the AEM workstream from initial briefing to final delivery.
• Lead the regional delivery of email marketing and website content deliverables.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships through transparent communication and trust.
• Create project estimates and timelines, measuring progress throughout the workflow.
• Identify potential risks and suggest process improvements to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing digital projects from briefing to delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Trello.
• Strong understanding of CMS and email marketing.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
