What you will do

• Own the AI-enabled PMO program end-to-end, from use-case intake through rollout and adoption.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across PS workflows and develop ROI business cases.
• Deliver billable client engagements by applying AI-enabled PMO capabilities in the field.
• Lead AI enablement and training initiatives for Professional Services, PMO, and Operations.
• Govern AI outputs, standards, and evaluation processes prior to rollout.
• Manage program cadence, including backlog management, stakeholder alignment, and reporting.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years in program/project management leading cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience in client-facing delivery within a professional services or consulting environment with a target utilization rate.
• Fluency in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall/Hybrid) delivery methodologies.
• Practical understanding of GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.

Nice to have

• AI/GenAI certifications (e.g., PMI GenAI for PMs).
• Experience establishing internal AI/automation programs or PMO transformations.
• Background in data management, data integrity, or analytics delivery.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks such as NIST AI RMF.
