What you will do

• Partner with managers on team structure, workload, hiring needs, and overall team health.
• Coach and support managers' growth through direct, honest feedback.
• Guide managers through performance conversations, ratings, and difficult personnel decisions.
• Act as a trusted, informal point of contact for employees across the organization.
• Identify high-potential talent and build development paths, mentorship, and coaching.
• Analyze team dynamics and processes to flag and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar embedded HR role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and maintain high performance standards.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to operate without a fixed playbook.
• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
