What you will do
- Partner with managers and team leads on people management and HR decisions.
- Support the full cycle of HR processes (onboarding, performance reviews, development plans, offboarding).
- Monitor teams, advise employees on HR issues, identify risks, and organize feedback sessions.
- Identify business and team needs, and develop HR solutions for these tasks.
- Analyze HR metrics to prepare analytics and guides for managers.
- Take part in projects supporting culture, leadership, engagement, and development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR or People Partner role.
- Strong skills in building partnerships with managers for consulting and coaching.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, including performance management and talent development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for planning and decision-making.
- Experience in conducting and organizing workshops, team sessions, and training.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
- English: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate (B2).
