What you will do

  • Partner with managers and team leads on people management and HR decisions.
  • Support the full cycle of HR processes (onboarding, performance reviews, development plans, offboarding).
  • Monitor teams, advise employees on HR issues, identify risks, and organize feedback sessions.
  • Identify business and team needs, and develop HR solutions for these tasks.
  • Analyze HR metrics to prepare analytics and guides for managers.
  • Take part in projects supporting culture, leadership, engagement, and development.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR or People Partner role.
  • Strong skills in building partnerships with managers for consulting and coaching.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, including performance management and talent development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for planning and decision-making.
  • Experience in conducting and organizing workshops, team sessions, and training.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • English: Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate (B2).

  • Experience working with various HRMS systems.
