What you will do

  • Manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior experience for clients and employees.
  • Provide expert guidance on termination, resignation, redundancy processes, and employment contracts to ensure legal compliance.
  • Lead and facilitate high-stakes meetings, including workforce reduction consultations and settlement negotiations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across payroll, legal, and benefits to administer exits accurately on the internal HRIS platform.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients through progressive disciplinary approaches.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and product development within the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Professional experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of independently managing voluntary and involuntary terminations with legal compliance and sensitivity.
  • Strong ability to interpret industrial instruments and employment laws across various global jurisdictions.
  • Advanced (Business-level) proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • Based in the APAC region.

Nice to have

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
