What you will do
- Manage complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, ensuring a superior experience for clients and employees.
- Provide expert guidance on termination, resignation, redundancy processes, and employment contracts to ensure legal compliance.
- Lead and facilitate high-stakes meetings, including workforce reduction consultations and settlement negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across payroll, legal, and benefits to administer exits accurately on the internal HRIS platform.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients through progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and product development within the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Professional experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven track record of independently managing voluntary and involuntary terminations with legal compliance and sensitivity.
- Strong ability to interpret industrial instruments and employment laws across various global jurisdictions.
- Advanced (Business-level) proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
- Based in the APAC region.

- Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
