What you will do
- Own and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience for new joiners across EMEA.
- Manage and improve benefits offerings, ensuring they are competitive and accessible via self-service platforms.
- Plan and execute internal events, rituals, and team offsites to foster community and engagement.
- Act as a culture ambassador, championing company values and ways of working across diverse teams.
- Use data and employee feedback to iterate on people programs and demonstrate ROI on investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent and intentional employee experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in People Experience, Workplace Experience, HR, or event management.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong bias for execution and building structure.
- Ability to travel as required to support team events and initiatives.
- Must be based in London or able to work from the Old Street office 3 days per week.
