TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: 3 days/week in Old Street office)

hirify.global is a fast-growing digital healthcare company building a preventive ecosystem to support long-term patient health through personalized clinical and behavioral care.

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end onboarding experience for new joiners across EMEA.
  • Manage and improve benefits offerings, ensuring they are competitive and accessible via self-service platforms.
  • Plan and execute internal events, rituals, and team offsites to foster community and engagement.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, championing company values and ways of working across diverse teams.
  • Use data and employee feedback to iterate on people programs and demonstrate ROI on investments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a consistent and intentional employee experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in People Experience, Workplace Experience, HR, or event management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong bias for execution and building structure.
  • Ability to travel as required to support team events and initiatives.
  • Must be based in London or able to work from the Old Street office 3 days per week.
