What you will do

• Manage a book of large, complex accounts using proactive selling techniques.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics for volume budgets, profitability, and efficiency.
• Market products and value-added services to existing customers and prospects.
• Qualify and develop opportunities sourced from marketing and outside sales.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive pricing to provide feedback to management.
• Mentor and lead other Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) on processes and systems.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in Sales and Sales Administration.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel between 0% and 25%.
