What you will do

• Lead design efforts for IT structured cabling, security, and low-voltage building systems.
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations using BIM and engineering tools.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and architects to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee projects through the bidding and construction administration phases.
• Provide design reviews and implement quality control processes to ensure industry standard compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience in building design consulting or construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software and technical design tools.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical low-voltage systems, digital/analog signals, and IT networking.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for business purposes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available).

Nice to have

• Associates degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Engineering.
• Experience in healthcare technology, federal, or institutional security projects.
