What you will do

• Serve as the primary lead for project execution, including scheduling and resource management.
• Manage installation teams in remote locations and oversee subcontractors.
• Install and troubleshoot electronic security systems including PACS, VSS, and intrusion detection.
• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and building blueprints.
• Ensure all installations meet National Electric Code (NEC) and DoE safety guidelines.
• Perform site testing and maintain detailed project documentation.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen capable of passing a government background check.
• At least 10 years of progressive technical experience in security system installation.
• Proven experience as a team lead managing personnel and project schedules.
• Valid Driver’s License and current Passport.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to travel approximately 90% of the time.

Nice to have

• Milestone Certified Integration Technician (MCIT) certification.
• Low voltage license.
• Bachelor's degree.
