What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate facilities engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Define architectural needs and frameworks for space, power, and HVAC designs.
• Develop and manage program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project engineers for multifaceted projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical strategy, program management, and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional engineering experience.
• SME knowledge in Facilities Power Systems, Battery Backups, and HVAC Systems.
• Must be based in the US and willing to travel up to 25%, including to rural locations.
• Strong proficiency in project management processes and technical documentation (SOW, RFP).

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum.
• Experience in Broadband Internet, ISP Infrastructure, or Fiber Optic Networks.
