What you will do

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI-enabled, data-driven self-service banking solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for ATM hardware and integrated solution offerings.
• Bridge communication between customers, engineering, software development, manufacturing, and business stakeholders.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and innovative business models to maximize customer value.
• Analyze KPIs and market data to optimize portfolios and ensure achievement of success metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate opportunities and drive commercialization efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in Product Management for hardware products.
• Technical expertise in systems thinking and hardware architecture.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product roadmap management.
• Experience in business case development, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in North Canton, Ohio.

Nice to have

• 3-5+ years of experience in the ATM industry or banking technology.
• Experience managing global products and navigating regional compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of ATM software-hardware integration.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products and predictive analytics.
