What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for low-level real-time software, including RTD, BSP, RTOS, and virtualization/isolation.
• Manage system-level functions such as boot sequencing, firmware services, and PMIC control.
• Translate requirements from OEMs and Tier 1 partners into detailed product feature definitions and priorities.
• Lead system bring-up and peripheral enablement for CAN, LIN, DDR, PCIe, and Ethernet.
• Drive the integration of AI-assisted tools and AI-driven customer experiences across the software lifecycle.
• Act as the primary bridge between Software R&D, Applications Engineering, and Product/Systems Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in embedded software, automotive systems, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in low-level SW, including drivers, bootloaders, firmware, and BSP.
• Hands-on experience with AUTOSAR, RTOS, or Zephyr environments.
• Proven background in product management, technical leadership, or system architecture.
• Solid understanding of HW/SW integration and system bring-up challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive SoCs or industrial systems.
• Familiarity with safety (ISO 26262) and security (ISO 21434, HSE) standards.
• Experience with CI/CD and OTA-based software delivery.
• Knowledge of enabling AI-assisted development tools and customer workflows.
• Direct experience working with OEMs or Tier 1 partners.
