Senior Software Product Manager (Automotive)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap, strategy, and execution for low-level real-time software, including drivers, BSP, RTOS, virtualization, firmware, and security.
• Translate OEM, Tier 1, and systems requirements into product features, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Drive system bring-up and hardware-software integration across boot, power sequencing, peripherals, firmware, safety, and security.
• Coordinate software R&D, applications engineering, product, and systems engineering teams as the single product owner.
• Manage delivery from pre-silicon bring-up through NPI, customer deployment, and maintenance.
• Engage OEM and Tier 1 customers to improve usability, performance, safety, security, and platform adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in embedded software, automotive systems, or a related field.
• Strong experience with drivers, bootloaders, firmware, BSP, and low-level software.
• Experience with AUTOSAR, RTOS, or Zephyr environments.
• Background in product management, technical leadership, or system architecture.
• Strong understanding of system bring-up and hardware-software integration challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive SoCs or industrial systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21434, or HSE.
• Experience with CI/CD, OTA software delivery, and AI-assisted development or customer workflows.
• Customer-facing experience with OEMs or Tier 1 partners.
