Senior Manager, Product Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and develop Product Managers responsible for point-of-sale and digital commerce products.
• Own product vision, strategy, prioritization, and roadmaps for the Genius commerce portfolio.
• Establish scalable product development lifecycle processes covering discovery, research, requirements, launches, and performance measurement.
• Guide modernization across point-of-sale, self-service ordering, mobile applications, web ordering, and digital engagement channels.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Product Delivery, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Engage customers and industry stakeholders, gather market intelligence, and identify opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years of product management, product strategy, or related experience.
• At least 5 years leading, mentoring, or managing Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience with point-of-sale, digital ordering, commerce, or hospitality technology.
• Experience building product management processes, operating models, or Product Development Lifecycle frameworks and presenting strategy to executives and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with self-service kiosks, mobile applications, web ordering, loyalty, or customer engagement solutions.
• Experience leading mobile, UX transformation, or cloud platform modernization initiatives.
• Experience managing B2B SaaS, enterprise software, hospitality technology, or commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled products, conversational experiences, or data-driven product capabilities.
