What you will do
- Own a product area end to end, including its business case, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
- Define and build an AI platform on resident data, from the first working prototype to a customer-dependent product.
- Define quality standards for model-backed features, build evaluations, and design customer experiences for incorrect answers.
- Turn feature requests, support tickets, sales input, and internal opinions into clearly defined customer problems and product decisions.
- Build working prototypes with AI tools, validate them with customers, and provide engineering with concrete implementations to react to.
- Conduct discovery with property managers, regional leaders, and on-site teams, then measure and report product outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years shipping B2B SaaS products.
- Strong customer discovery skills, including conversations with operators and identification of underlying problems.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to explain product decisions and quality standards.
- Technical depth sufficient to read pull requests, follow architecture, work with Git, use SQL, and move from raw data to product decisions.
- Experience building working prototypes with AI tooling and judgment about model reliability and failure handling.
Nice to have
- Experience in multifamily housing, proptech, or property management software.
- Experience taking a zero-to-one product or platform from concept to its first real customers.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, product analytics, or user research methods.
