Salary: $168,000 — $231,000 CAD

What you will do

• Collaborate with account executives to develop and execute territory and account strategies.
• Conduct technical research and discovery to communicate the business value of cloud security technology.
• Execute the delivery of Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers with complex use cases.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to showcase how the platform meets business needs.
• Craft technical content for implementing specific use cases and standard methodologies.
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), including SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and LDAP.
• Deep knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and core security concerns (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption, XSS, XSRF).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field.
• Must be located in Canada.

Nice to have

• Hands-on development experience in web (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks).
• Experience in mobile development (iOS, Android).
• Backend development skills (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby).
• Experience with IP-based real-time communications.
