Location: Must be based in Northern California (Remote/Hybrid)

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 USD

hirify.global is a Series C startup building an AI-native platform to protect brands and individuals from phishing, impersonation, and AI-powered threats.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to strategize deals, deliver technical presentations, and address customer inquiries.
  • Lead technical discovery to understand customer workflows and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product demos and proofs of concept that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Manage the technical components of RFPs and RFIs to ensure accurate and timely responses.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
  • Support post-sale handoffs to ensure technical success criteria are met.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Northern California.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering.
  • Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, threat intelligence, or digital risk protection.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in automation technologies and understanding of modern software architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate technical language into business impact.

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as OSCP, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC or SPIN.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas or delivering complex integration projects.
