What you will do

• Own the technical relationship with customers to ensure technical fit and long-term success.
• Develop deep expertise in product capabilities, integrations, and the competitive cybersecurity landscape.
• Collect and provide market feedback to the product team to influence the product roadmap.
• Guide customers through the trial process and build critical product examples and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to improve the pre-to-post-sales transition.

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions or sales engineer.
• Proven experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and cloud application architecture.
• General knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Bash, or JavaScript.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Prior experience specifically within the cybersecurity domain.
• Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
• Experience using AI tools to improve professional efficiency and impact.
