What you will do

• Lead the technical sales cycle, helping customers understand the value of hirify.global API Management and Connectivity solutions.
• Manage the entire customer lifecycle from initial discovery and requirement gathering to product demos and production.
• Drive and support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) throughout the evaluation process.
• Onboard and train new customers while identifying revenue potential within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with support, product, and engineering teams to prioritize customer needs and ensure high satisfaction.
• Create technical documentation for DevOps, implementations, and services engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales Solution Engineering or relevant experience at a SaaS, Open-source, or Enterprise Software company.
• Experience working with Open-source technology.
• Foundational knowledge of API Management, Integration, and Cloud computing trends.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with C-level executives, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with API Gateway or Service Mesh.
• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of NGINX, HTTP, AWS, Postgres, and/or Cassandra.
• Fluency working with Linux OS.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
