What you will do

  • Manage inbound and outbound prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to uncover fit and value.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
  • Utilize AI agents and automation for list building, enrichment, and outreach.
  • Share market insights from conversations to influence sales plays and the product roadmap.
  • Experiment with new messaging and channels to continuously increase conversion and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, SDR, or BDR role within SaaS or technology, or strong drive for early-career candidates.
  • Ability to engage both technical and business audiences as a clear, confident communicator.
  • High motivation for learning, iteration, and treating outreach as a craft.
  • Comfort with executing repeatable processes within an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Excitement about modern sales technology and AI tools.
  • Positive, persistent, and highly organized approach to following through with interactions.
