Sales Development Representatives (AI)

Annual on-target earnings: 110,000 GBP with a 70/30 split.

What you will do

• Follow up with inbound and outbound prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn to identify fit, needs, and potential value.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and support a smooth buyer experience.
• Share conversation insights to inform sales plays, product development, and agent development.
• Experiment with messaging, channels, and automation to improve conversion and efficiency.
• Use LangChain-powered agents to test, learn, and improve prospecting strategies.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles within SaaS or technology, or strong curiosity and drive early in a career.
• Clear, confident communication with technical and business audiences.
• Motivation to learn, iterate, and improve outreach methods.
• Ability to execute structured processes while working effectively with ambiguity.
• Interest in modern sales technology, AI tools, and next-generation go-to-market operations.
• Positive, persistent, organized follow-up and follow-through.
