What you will do

• Lead the full-cycle hiring process from research and sourcing to interviews and offer management.
• Develop and implement short-term recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Partner with internal customers to identify and tap into internal talent pools.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing, networking, and referral generation.
• Conduct candidate assessments and lead kick-off meetings with hiring managers.
• Manage applicant data and status updates within the ATS (Workday).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field.
• Proven success recruiting for various levels, from entry-level to senior leadership.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US (no sponsorship available).
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously across different divisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience conducting global searches in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Additional knowledge of recruiting operations and talent sourcing.
