What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring managers to define specifications and provide market data recommendations.
• Source candidates using Boolean search, resume databases, and social networking sites.
• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications via ATS and structured phone interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, including interview preparation and timely status updates.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and negotiate candidate acceptance.
• Ensure strict adherence to OFCCP and other compliance standards while providing activity reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Technical recruitment experience required.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for proactive candidate sourcing.
• Experience understanding and negotiating commission-based compensation plans.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
