Salary: $160,000–$200,000 base salary + variable compensation + equity

What you will do

• Define and implement product workflows that allow customers to achieve educational goals using AI functionality.
• Build prototypes using prompt engineering to test and validate solutions before full-scale engineering.
• Act as the connective tissue between customer needs and internal product/engineering delivery.
• Partner with product and engineering to evolve the product based on real-world customer requirements.
• Evaluate customer contexts to determine the optimal product version or configuration for their environment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid).
• 7+ years of relevant experience in high-intensity roles (e.g., consulting, startups, professional services).
• Extensive hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and confidence in pushing back on priorities.
• Creative thinking for product solutions and strong prioritization instincts.

Nice to have

• Technical experience, such as comfort reading technical documentation or a prior technical role.
