Account Executive (Software)

What you will do

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for account and payment concerns.
• Monitor customer accounts, track payment behaviors, and follow up on overdue invoices to mitigate financial risks.
• Develop and execute customer retention strategies to improve satisfaction and reduce outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and support teams to resolve payment disputes.
• Negotiate payment solutions, including settlements, discounts, or extended terms.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities to ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
