What you will do

• Assist in basic customer acquisition and retention activities.
• Learn and apply foundational sales principles and methodologies throughout the sales process.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and precise data entry into CRM systems.
• Participate in sales meetings and professional training sessions.
• Help maintain customer records and prepare sales reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure strict adherence to sales regulations and guidelines.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Sales or a related field.
• Basic understanding of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Minneapolis, MN.
