What you will do

• Own and drive the performance, safety, and quality of lithography processes.
• Develop and maintain process control strategies, acceptance criteria, and monitoring methods.
• Analyze process performance metrics to support technical decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Lead investigations and resolution of process-related issues, deviations, and escalations.
• Implement initiatives to reduce variation and increase first-pass yield through structured problem-solving.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions and qualification reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in semiconductor, optics, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on experience with contact photolithography, resist coating, and wet etching.
• Ability to independently analyze data and apply structured problem-solving methods.
• High comfort level working directly with hardware in cleanroom and manufacturing environments.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with manufacturing tools such as DMAIC, A3, 8D, FMEA, or DOE.
• Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
