What you will do

• Lead scientific research to enable the manufacture of innovative device architectures.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications for process development.
• Integrate individual manufacturing steps required for complex microprocessor production.
• Ramp technologies to manufacturing volumes using the Copy Exactly Methodology for seamless transfer to manufacturing.
• Contribute to the development and filing of hirify.globallectual property.

Requirements

• Ph.D. degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 7+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Expertise in advanced node semiconductor processing, fabrication, or nanotechnology (DoE, SPC).
• 7+ years of professional overlay development experience and understanding of process-induced overlay impacts.
• Proven experience troubleshooting process impacts to overlay mark performance and driving integrated process change methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for working within cross-functional development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with ASML scanner EUV and DUV platforms.
• Overlay equipment development and vendor interaction experience.
• Familiarity with factory automation or manufacturing control systems.
