Photo/Metrology Equipment Engineer ECHO Fab (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Own multiple processes and equipment sets in the ECHO Fab manufacturing environment.
• Reduce equipment and process variation, defectivity, and cycle time while improving tool utilization, availability, and throughput.
• Define tool qualification and preventive-maintenance procedures and support new equipment qualification and technology transfers.
• Lead troubleshooting, respond to SPC and FDC excursions, manage critical parts inventory, and coordinate supplier activities.
• Execute continuous-improvement plans, hardware and software upgrades, and preventive actions for recurring equipment issues.
• Write specifications and procedures, train maintenance technicians, and support installation and qualification of new equipment and components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline; mechanical or industrial engineering or a similar field is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in process or equipment engineering across multiple toolsets; semiconductor experience is preferred.
• Experience with photo, metrology, or plating tools is preferred.
• Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret equipment-performance data and develop action plans for recurring failures.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical problem-solving, presentation, written communication, and training skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Export Control Clearance.
