What you will do

• Own multiple processes and toolsets within a high-volume manufacturing facility.
• Identify and reduce sources of variation to implement zero-defect processes and improve tool utilization.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, manage critical part inventory, and direct supplier activities.
• Formulate and execute plans for continuous improvement, including hardware and software upgrades.
• Increase tool capabilities, throughput, and availability through new sourcing and qualification of equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Professional experience in manufacturing, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance data and produce actionable plans to resolve recurring failures.
• Competence in technical troubleshooting and applying logic to implement and verify repairs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for training others and writing procedures.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an Export Control Clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Photo, Metrology, or Plating tools.
