What you will do

• Lead technical implementation and project orchestration for the onboarding of strategic customers.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to create technical roadmaps and ensure business goals are technically feasible.
• Proactively monitor account performance (QoE, latency, error rates) using internal dashboards and AI-driven monitoring agents.
• Synthesize customer technical feedback into actionable requirements for internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Analyze upcoming product releases to determine impact on customer environments and provide architectural guidance.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure readiness for high-stakes live events and major product launches.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Burbank, California area
• 3-5+ years of experience in technical roles within video streaming, AdTech, or SaaS industries.
• Deep understanding of media delivery workflows, including content encoding, transport protocols, and CDN distribution.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical implementations and hit aggressive go-live dates.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to summarize logs, generate test scripts, and automate technical documentation.
• Strong consultative communication skills for bridging discussions between business stakeholders and senior engineers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) specifically for video processing.
• Knowledge of ad integration workflows, specifically SSAI (Server-Side Ad Insertion) or SGAI.
• Familiarity with Ad Servers (Google Ad Manager, SpringServe, FreeWheel) and protocols like VAST, VMAP, and SCTE-35 markers.
• Previous experience in Technical Success or Solutions Architecture roles.
