What you will do

• Lead complex client transformations, including legacy modernization and on-prem to cloud migrations.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for multi-domain technical issues during cloud engagements.
• Partner with internal and client stakeholders to align on project scope, priorities, and success criteria.
• Drive resolution of high-severity incidents by coordinating with engineering, product, and cloud operations teams.
• Apply and contribute to best practices, tooling, and engagement models for cloud delivery.
• Mentor and support Cloud Delivery Specialists to build technical depth and consistency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US with US Citizenship or Permanent Residence.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud delivery, technical consulting, or implementation roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex client engagements and working with technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Pega platform knowledge (CLSA or CSSA certification).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, PCF, or GCP.
• Knowledge of application servers like WebSphere, WebLogic, or Tomcat.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, Postgres, or MSSQL.
