Salary: $29.00 - $32.00 USD hourly plus up to 5% bonus.

What you will do

• Perform major corrective repairs, including complete gearbox replacements on wind turbines.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues using specialized tooling and equipment.
• Execute maintenance, inspections, and retrofits according to defined schedules and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards on-site.
• Maintain accurate business relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Complete administrative duties and generate technical reports.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree in wind turbine technology preferred.
• 2-5 years of field service experience with wind turbine maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to travel 100% of the time domestically and internationally.
• Must possess a full valid U.S. driver’s license and be insurable.
• Ability to meet OSHA/ANSI weight limits of 265 lbs. and pass a pre-employment physical.
• Fluent English proficiency required for safety communication and collaboration.
