Salary: $25.50 - $35.50 per hour

What you will do

• Execute routine maintenance and conduct inspections of wind turbine systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and implement necessary repairs or modifications.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Document work performed and materials used digitally via tablets and smartphones.
• Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to the improvement of health and safety programs.
• Travel to assist wind parks within the region and across Canada.

Requirements

• Technical degree or certification in electricity, electromechanics, or wind turbine maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Availability for overtime and weekend on-call duty.
• Ability to travel for planned periods of a few days to perform annual maintenance at other sites.

Nice to have

• Journeyman electrician certification with a Red Seal.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
