What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic factory equipment.
• Own and perform preventative maintenance (PM) on production equipment and facilities, continuously improving documentation.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work history within the CMMS database.
• Assist in the design, fabrication, and qualification of new manufacturing equipment.
• Perform major equipment repairs and rebuilds, including occasional weekend and holiday work.
• Identify necessary parts and supplies, obtain quotes, and manage orders from suppliers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience (5 years preferred).
• U.S. citizenship is strictly required for employment due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Basic computer and database proficiency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
