Senior Customer Program Manager

What you will do

• Manage integrated transformation plans across multiple workstreams, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success measures.
• Develop executive-level status reporting and KPI dashboards, and provide weekly/monthly/quarterly updates on program health, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate governance and operating rhythm (steering committees, operational reviews, working sessions) and capture actions, decisions, and accountability.
• Identify risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies; drive mitigation planning and escalation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to align delivery and adoption outcomes.
• Work with the Senior Customer Change & Adoption Manager to operationalize initiatives through customer communication, enablement, readiness, and closed-loop feedback to business impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, PMO, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building executive presentations, reporting, and status updates.
• Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development processes.

Nice to have

• Project/program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM) or Lean Six Sigma.
• Exposure to automation, workflow optimization, or AI-enabled tools.
