Location: Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to come into the office 4x/week

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Annually

What you will do

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume virtual and in-person interviews across all company roles.
• Manage the onsite candidate experience, providing greetings, office tours, and hospitality.
• Equip interviewers with resumes, meeting links, and reserved rooms to ensure a seamless experience.
• Support ad hoc recruiting projects including interviewer training, employer branding, and referral programs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a high-growth mid-stage organization.
• Located in the San Francisco Bay Area with the ability to work onsite 4 days per week.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Gem Scheduling, or similar ATS and scheduling tools.
• Proven ability to multi-task with a high sense of urgency and extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high integrity.
