• Build, maintain, and improve the IC EDA design environment.

• Manage tool installation, licensing support, and design data management.
• Advocate for modern best practices in EDA flow and provide cross-training for IC designers.
• Develop methodologies for IC tape-out tasks to ensure DFM and foundry requirements.
• Collaborate with international EDA colleagues across organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of EDA experience within a semiconductor environment.
• Experience in analog circuit design and simulation debugging.
• Strong understanding of analog and power management circuit design principles.
• Proficiency with simulation tools such as Cadence or Spice.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on analog circuit design.
