What you will do

• Design, simulate, and optimize high-performance transistor-level analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop analog blocks including ADCs, DACs, bandgaps, LDOs, and PLLs using transistor-level and behavioral modeling.
• Design or oversee custom physical layouts and run SPICE simulations and post-layout extraction.
• Characterize integrated-circuit performance in the laboratory using test equipment.
• Debug hardware issues and collaborate with automatic test equipment engineers.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a Ph.D. preferred; a bachelor’s degree with extensive industry experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, depending on the seniority level.
• Strong working knowledge of Cadence design tools, including Cadence Virtuoso and Analog Artist.
• Working knowledge of MATLAB.
