Senior Staff Analog Design Engineer (Power Management ICs)

What you will do

• Lead complex analog and power-management circuit design for PMICs.
• Translate product requirements into system- and circuit-level design strategies.
• Direct design, simulation, verification, and layout supervision for CMOS power-management circuits.
• Own circuit blocks and technical issues from feasibility through production, including design reviews, laboratory evaluation, and silicon characterization.
• Drive improvements in analog-design methodologies, DFT strategy, top-level verification, test development, and production ramp.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship while collaborating with Applications, Layout, Test, Product Engineering, and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience.
• Extensive experience with CMOS analog circuit design, simulation, verification, and layout, preferably for power-management products.
• Experience leading complex designs or major technical activities, conducting design reviews, and mentoring engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong technical problem-solving, communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related engineering discipline.
