What you will do

• Administer Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) to maintain a reliable, scalable, and structured learning library.
• Manage asset libraries including SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, videos, podcasts, and interactive decks.
• Lead course assembly and perform rigorous pre-production QA testing to validate playback, tracking, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to manage content review workflows and ensure regulatory integrity.
• Monitor learner engagement and translate LMS data into actionable insights for Learning Experience Designers.
• Onboard team members to the tech stack (ALM and Articulate Rise) and advise on building scalable assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in learning technology and operations.
• Hands-on experience with LMS administration (Adobe Learning Manager preferred) and Articulate Rise 360.
• Technical proficiency with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI), basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Practical experience in pulling learning analytics and using data to guide decision-making.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
