What you will do

• Drive critical operational processes for robotics data creation.
• Improve global tools and processes to scale training data production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize customer onboarding and delivery.
• Establish feedback loops between frontline operations, product strategy, and customers.
• Create and communicate detailed operational reporting to inform company-wide strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, finance planning, or operational roles, ideally within top-tier consulting firms.
• Undergraduate degree in an analytics-heavy major such as Engineering or Economics.
• Proven track record of leading day-to-day activities and driving process improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset with an action-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Must be located in Mexico City, Mexico

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL or other database languages.
• Experience with Python and Mode Notepad scripting.
