IT & Systems Lead (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end IT operations across hirify.global Health and hirify.globalCare, supporting corporate, clinical, technical, frontline, and executive users.
• Build scalable infrastructure for devices, endpoint management, identity and access, software provisioning, networking, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage the internal systems stack, including tool selection, implementation, governance, integrations, adoption, and vendor management.
• Develop repeatable technology standards and launch playbooks for distributed clinical teams and new care locations.
• Lead IT security and compliance operations, including SOC 2 evidence collection, access reviews, remediation, vendor reviews, and security policies.
• Own IT diligence and post-close integration for acquisitions, while partnering with Engineering on corporate, identity, access, and security components connected to AWS infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in IT, systems, infrastructure, business technology, or technology operations.
• Experience owning a broad IT or systems function in a growing, multi-site, or operationally complex organization.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management, endpoint and device management, SaaS administration, networking, employee lifecycle workflows, and vendor management.
• Experience selecting, implementing, and driving adoption of enterprise tools, with the ability to combine strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Strong security and compliance orientation; SOC 2 and HIPAA experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with IT diligence or systems integration through M&A is strongly preferred.

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, multi-site services, or another operationally complex environment.
