What you will do

• Lead the resolution of the portfolio's most complex, high-priority issues from identification to closure.
• Drive root cause analysis and design sustainable controls to prevent issue recurrence.
• Manage programs with a moderate to high risk profile and significant regulatory oversight.
• Oversee consolidated program financials, including budget management and benefits realization analysis.
• Provide strategic guidance to business and functional leaders to manage escalated regulatory or governance concerns.
• Directly manage a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and Project Management Certification are required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in complex risk, audit, regulatory, or governance environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project and program management practices and principles.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and achieve results through effective negotiation.
• Must be based in the USA.
