Location: Remote (US), excluding Hawaii and Alaska

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly

What you will do

• Guide new merchants through the implementation and adoption of the Xplor Pay product suite.
• Project manage customer schedules and onboarding timelines to ensure on-time go-lives.
• Coordinate between Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to serve as a single point of contact.
• Migrate customer data from legacy systems and oversee merchant menu builds in POS systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to merchants on system functionality and Virtual Terminals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical and customer implementation support, preferably in SaaS.
• Proven project management and workflow management skills.
• Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Must be located in the US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.

• College degree.
• Knowledge of Xplor Pay-powered BMS and 3rd party products.
