Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack - Sales Planning (AI)

Location: Remote / Toronto, Canada

Salary: $154,500–$225,446 USD annually; compensation for candidates hired in Canada is provided in Canadian dollars and may differ due to currency conversion.

What you will do

• Build core Sales Planning capabilities for quota, capacity, and territory management, as well as a revenue planning AI agent.
• Develop production-ready features from initial concepts using Python, Django, React, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to turn ambiguous customer and business problems into technical solutions.
• Optimize performance for complex enterprise-grade datasets and help scale the common platform across products.
• Maintain code quality, automated testing, observability, and production reliability while mentoring engineers.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to resolve critical issues and maintain system uptime.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack proficiency in Python, React/TypeScript, and databases.
• Experience building and scaling products from early stages.
• Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment, including data modeling and API design for complex business logic and high data volumes.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively to ship reliable code.
• Experience building observable, reliable production systems and taking ownership of production reliability.
• Strong communication, product sensibility, and collaboration skills with Product and Design.

Nice to have

• Experience with Django.
• Experience building AI model feedback loops and implementing AI evaluations and guardrails.
• Experience with offline and online evaluations, safety filters, policy enforcement, failure detection, human-in-the-loop workflows, or red-teaming.
