What you will do

• Develop core product capabilities from the ground up using Django, Python, and React.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Drive requirements and contribute to the migration toward a common platform architecture.
• Maintain high technical standards through code reviews, automated testing, and observability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment for designing complex data models and APIs.
• Proven track record of scaling products from early stages to production.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to ship reliable code efficiently.
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• High ownership of production reliability and system observability.
