Location: Remote in the USA, Canada, Europe, or Australia

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 USD per year or $95,000–$115,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Build full-stack features for Innovation Crew pilots, including backend services, REST APIs, data pipeline connectors, and frontend components.
• Integrate applications with Snowflake, internal APIs, cloud platforms, and the API Gateway.
• Develop reusable Power Agents library modules with tests, tracing, documentation, and predictable behavior.
• Build tool integrations, evaluation harnesses, and observability instrumentation for AI agents.
• Work with frontier model APIs, agentic frameworks such as LangGraph and CrewAI, and MCP server integrations.
• Support technical scoping, PoC implementation, emerging technology evaluations, and handoff to maintaining engineering teams.

Requirements

• Full-stack engineering fundamentals across backend REST APIs, cloud-native services, frontend development, and data-source integration.
• Hands-on experience building something with an LLM API, including practical knowledge of RAG and tool calling.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code and learn quickly alongside principal-level engineers.
• Legal authorization to work in the country where employment is offered; employment sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Python or TypeScript experience and familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent frameworks.
• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, vector databases, RAG patterns, or evaluation harnesses.
• Knowledge of traces, logs, Langfuse, LangSmith, or other observability tools.
• Experience with hirify.global platforms, APIs, data schemas, or product ecosystems.
