Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack (Clinical AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $190,000–$230,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Design, build, and launch features across multiple products used by hospital systems.
• Develop reusable, responsive, and accessible frontend components for clinical applications.
• Build products supporting clinical note capture, diagnosis refinement, content generation, and related workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, and other disciplines to translate complex requirements into incremental product plans.
• Protect patient privacy and security through secure coding practices.
• Research improved engineering techniques and support applications in production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience focused on user-facing solutions.
• Strong expertise in Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Experience working with systems that leverage LLMs and with PostgreSQL or a similar relational database.
• Experience owning web applications end to end, from requirements gathering through QA and delivery.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and working in security-conscious environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience at a scale-up or rapidly growing technology company.
• Experience designing information-dense user interfaces.
• Experience in health tech, particularly clinical software.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
