Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote; U.S. work authorization is required for all new hires through E-Verify.

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own hirify.global OS features end to end, from data ingestion and API layers through web application design, testing, and release.
• Build AI-native capabilities including semantic and federated search, retrieval over founder and portfolio data, and assistive workflows.
• Lead the migration and shutdown of legacy founder tools, consolidating functionality into hirify.global OS or retiring it safely.
• Build data pipelines across the Enterprise Data Platform and OS to support real-time features, search, and AI use cases.
• Improve reliability and delivery through testing, code review, CI/CD, and responsible use of AI coding tools.
• Provide technical guidance, contribute to architecture decisions, and maintain alignment across time zones.

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript and Python skills.
• Solid React experience and the ability to build functional user interfaces independently.
• Proficiency with relational databases, including PostgreSQL data modeling, migrations, and query performance.
• End-to-end data pipeline experience covering ingestion, transformation, and delivery; event streaming experience is relevant.
• Production experience with LLM-backed features, retrieval, embeddings, and evaluation loops.
• Experience operating containerized services in GCP or AWS with infrastructure as code, plus a track record of owning features from concept to production and retiring legacy systems safely.

Nice to have

• Event-driven architectures and Kafka-based data platforms.
• LLM evaluation and observability, MCP or comparable agent tool surfaces, and identity or authentication systems such as Keycloak.
• Search infrastructure such as OpenSearch, Next.js, or Material UI.
• Financial or investment data experience, or work at an accelerator, investment firm, or high-growth startup.
