What you will do

• Manage and optimize the premium Air freight network through data analysis, process mapping, and performance tracking.
• Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with operations performance, focusing on freight spend, carrier performance, and service levels.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive process standardization and improve visibility.
• Own carrier management to resolve issues related to delivery performance, costing, and capacity.
• Leverage Transportation Management System (TMS) expertise to support operations integration and process automation.
• Document logistics processes and provide training to internal teams regarding operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with international Air freight supply chains.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required; sponsorship is not provided.
• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucid.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience in both International and Domestic transportation activities.
