Inventory Control Manager

Salary: $90,610 - $110,500 annually

What you will do

• Develop on-site strategies and optimal solutions for inventory management and site processes.
• Manage quality controls for all inbound, outbound, and returns material flows.
• Ensure system transactions are carried out accurately and maintain damage-free material conditions.
• Drive analytics, balanced scorecards, and monthly cost/performance reviews for senior leadership.
• Lead inventory and quality projects to achieve continuous improvement goals.
• Mentor the Inventory Control leadership team.

Requirements

• Min. 2+ years of experience managing Inventory Control Teams.
• Strong background in consumer products distribution within an omni-channel environment.
• Proven experience with Continuous Improvement or Lean methodologies.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for root cause analysis.
• Flexibility to oversee a 7-day-a-week operation, including regular nights and weekend support.
• Must be based in Buckeye, AZ (onsite position).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) practices and requirements.
• Experience with SOX compliance.
